Through our employee relief fund, we lend a helping hand with grants of need-based financial assistance to employees facing hardship caused by a disaster.

Our Employee Assistance Program is “always on”, with 24/7 confidential support including short-term counseling, legal and financial services, daily life assistance, and work life services.

We help students and recent grads build skills to advance their careers through university recruitment for early-in-career roles, resume and interview prep, executive panels, networking opportunities, and internships that include hands-on work experience, on-the-job learning, and training.

ECONOMIC IMPACT IN OUR COMMUNITIES

Through the end of August 2024, BetMGM has paid over $52 million in taxes from iGaming and $5.8 million from sports betting to the state of New Jersey. Taxes collected benefit the state’s Casino Revenue Fund and supports initiatives for the elderly, including reductions in property taxes and utility costs.
